Latex mattress production line

      Qingdao QiYue machinery manufacturing Co., Ltd. has two types of latex mattress production line, latex mattress production line and mold forming machinery.

      Latex mattress production line adopts the design of automatic conveying mold. The chain plate is made of non-slip rubber, the vulcanization box is made of stainless steel and temperature sensor is added to automatically fill the temperature. The conveying line transports the mold into the vulcanization box. Opening the mold which take out the mattress and put it into the oven to dry. Mold forming machinery need to be manually pushed into the  vulcanization box and dryer for production. The steam vulcanizing time is about 45 minutes and the steam drying time is about 16 hours.

      According to the production volume and production  the thickness of the mold mattress is between 5cm to 20cm.
